Free delivery and returns to New Zealand and Australia. We are currently unable to deliver to other countries, however we welcome your email of interest to customerservice@rembrandt.co.nz

Your order will be processed as soon as possible during business hours.  Estimate delivery of 3-7 business days depends on where you live and may take longer during very busy times. Should there be a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay. Any applicable taxes or duty charges are to be paid by the recipient of the package. 

Online order delivery

New Zealand orders will be delivered by Courier Post and Australia orders will be delivered by DHL. We require a physical address, as we do not deliver to PO Boxes. To ensure you are available to collect your purchase when it is delivered, we recommend that you enter your daytime or business address for your shipping address.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email containing tracking details.
To make sure your order reaches you safely, a signature is required upon delivery. If no one is present to receive your parcel, a notice will be left at your address with alternative delivery or pick-up options.

Changing your shipping address

We know you want your order fast so our team aims to process and pack your order as quickly as possible. This means that if you need to make changes to your order (including your shipping address), we can only do so if it hasn’t left the warehouse. To change your shipping address, please Contact Us quoting your order number.

 

 

Returns

Wrong size? Not quite what you wanted? No worries. You can return your garments up to 14 days from the date purchased, completely free of charge.

We want to make your online shopping experience easy and stress free. Should anything fail to meet your expectations, you may return the item in its original, unaltered and unused condition with all tags attached within 14 days from the date of delivery.  You will be given a full refund for your product.

Return requirements:

  • Item(s) need to be returned within 14 days of purchase;
  • Unworn and unused with the original tags still attached;
  • In the original packaging which must be in the original condition
  • Include proof of purchase with your return – this would be your Rembrandt Receipt or your Online Order Confirmation.
  • Returning an item is 100% free!

New Zealand return process:

  1. Attach the enclosed ‘Shipping Label’ (addressed to Rembrandt New Zealand) to the same box/bag that the product was delivered in.
  2. Complete the enclosed form titled ‘Return Document’, answer the ‘Return Reason’ questions on the form and place with the returning product.
  3. Phone our carrier ‘CourierPost’ 0800-268 743 and provide the address details for pick up.
  4. The credit will be processed on receipt at our New Zealand warehouse – approximately 3 days after pick-up.
  5. Let our customer service team know that the item is coming back.
  6. Once our courier has picked up your return, your return request will be processed within 3 - 7 business days.
  7. Then allow 3-5 business days for your financial institution to process the funds back into your account.
  8. All refunds will be processed back to the credit card that the purchase was orginally charged to.
  9. Within approximately 1-2 days from the time we have received your parcel, you will receive a confirmation email.

Australia return process:

  1. Complete the enclosed form titled ‘Return Document’, answer the ‘Return Reason’ questions on the form and place with the returning product.

  3. The credit will be processed on receipt at our New Zealand warehouse – approx 10 days after pick-up.
  4. Free return - Rembrandt will pay freight costs for the return.
